- Or by keeping the already deposited course fee in the MEDSSOL’s account in virtue of paying in advance for participating in a or the same course taking place on a later date (By choosing that latter option, MEDSSOL will notify the perspective trainee/applicant about the upcoming date of the course by e-mail).
Resigning or Opting Out from a Course:

- In case that the potential trainee for some reason on his behalf decides to opt out within 20 days prior to the start of the course, the customer may be reimbursed with up to 30% of the fee deposited for the participation in the course.
- Anything less than 20 days notice, prior to the course beginning, the customer will be required to pay in full the fees pertinent to the course at hand.
- Regardless of the resignation/opting out date, the parties involved may come to an arrangement in using the entire amount not used,i.e because the trainee is absent( given prior notice accordingly and in consistence to the aforementioned conditions and warnings) for the absentee to use the fees deposited for the course in virtue of participation in an other course, (present or in the future) organized by MEDSSOL If such an arrangement occurs it is valid only for once. If such occasion should arise and the customer cancels his participation in the arranged courses again, the possibility of further changes in the dates for the participation of the perspective trainee in future courses, may not be possible.
- If one of the perspective trainees resigns/opts out from the course (in the event that, the perspective trainee is part of the same group of participants referred to by the same client), it may mean a change in individual pricing for the other trainees referred to the same group by the same client.
- In the case of absence of a trainee from the ongoing course (without any formal notification) does not entitle the customer for any kind of reimbursement from the deposited course fee. In such a case, the paid amount cannot be used as a deposit for another course (present or future) and the trainee shall be deemed simply absent from the course.
