MEDSSOL will accept payments from the registered Participants in the following options:
The perspective trainees are obliged to provide their identification data, as well as their name and date in the transfer title.
The data required for the transfer can be found on the website www.genessol.com.
MEDSSOL allows for the pre-payment based on the pro forma invoice delivered to the client via electronic mail to the address provided in the form.
MEDSSOL is not liable in case the transfer description does not enables it to identify the trainee or for that matter does not correspond with the id data provided by him/her. These data include first name, surname, and date of issue.
The trainee is obliged to hold the proof of the due fee paid and provide it prior to the start of the course in case should there be any doubt by any of the parties involved.
MEDSSOL reserves the right to refuse an applicant/trainee demonstrating the proof of the due fee paid, (in the case that there are in discrepancies with the parties involved), to participate in the course.
Upon the applicants request, the invoice will be issued when the training is completed and sent to the indicated e-mail address or address of correspondence of the applicant.
MEDSSOL also reserves the right to introduce changes in the courses scheduled or the course schedule itself.
Course cancellation on MEDSSOL behalf.
MEDSSOL reserves the right to alter the date or cancel the course with an up to three days in advance notice, prior to its commencement without disclosing the reasons.
In the event of the occurrence of the circumstances defined in item 9, MEDSSOL will notify the registered participants.
Notification for changes are provided by:
sending information via e-mail, or
informing by phone, to addresses and phone numbers provided by the applicants during registration,
posting the pertinent information on the website that provides the description of the course.
In the case that MEDSSOL cancels or aborts the course, customers will be provided with a choice to select one of the two options concerning the course fees already paid:
reimbursement of the already deposited course fee to the bank account from which it was deposited,
Or by keeping the already deposited course fee in the MEDSSOL’s account in virtue of paying in advance for participating in a or the same course taking place on a later date (By choosing that latter option, MEDSSOL will notify the perspective trainee/applicant about the upcoming date of the course by e-mail).
Resigning or Opting Out from a Course:
The trainee may opt out from participating in the given course.
The trainee’s resignation or opting out of the given course (present or future) must be done in writing and through mail or e-mail.
In the event of a resignation from the training participation:
The potential trainees are required to give a 28 days notification prior to the course commencement, if so the customer may be reimbursed to the full by the fees already deposited for the course participation.
In case that the potential trainee for some reason on his behalf decides to opt out within 20 days prior to the start of the course, the customer may be reimbursed with up to 30% of the fee deposited for the participation in the course.
Anything less than 20 days notice, prior to the course beginning, the customer will be required to pay in full the fees pertinent to the course at hand.
Regardless of the resignation/opting out date, the parties involved may come to an arrangement in using the entire amount not used,i.e because the trainee is absent( given prior notice accordingly and in consistence to the aforementioned conditions and warnings) for the absentee to use the fees deposited for the course in virtue of participation in an other course, (present or in the future) organized by MEDSSOL If such an arrangement occurs it is valid only for once. If such occasion should arise and the customer cancels his participation in the arranged courses again, the possibility of further changes in the dates for the participation of the perspective trainee in future courses, may not be possible.
If one of the perspective trainees resigns/opts out from the course (in the event that, the perspective trainee is part of the same group of participants referred to by the same client), it may mean a change in individual pricing for the other trainees referred to the same group by the same client.
In the case of absence of a trainee from the ongoing course (without any formal notification) does not entitle the customer for any kind of reimbursement from the deposited course fee. In such a case, the paid amount cannot be used as a deposit for another course (present or future) and the trainee shall be deemed simply absent from the course.
